Numerical analysis for mechanical behaviour of beams made by composite and functionally graded materials

Functionally graded materials are important in laboratory and industry. These have opened a new area of research. functionally can be produced as result composite material by the adding more to get desired properties make it perfect for suitable applications. In this paper, focus is on modelling that developed resist wear any friction or erosion liquid. Cemented Carbide (WC) was selected commonly used industrial lab. Before developing model (FGM), detailed study has been carried out using finite element method find numerical solution compared exact one. The analytical obtained MATLAB ANSYS. Besides these software’s SolidWorks SkyCIV programs were utilized analysis plotting purposes. At end project, one layer titanium carbonitride (TiCN) added face same four faces comparison between two cases select best results total deformation.
